Well we couldn't have wished for better weather for New Years Day. 17 degrees with wall to wall sunshine.  A mornings hard labour in the garden, lunch on the terrace & a walk with Charlie Dog = a perfect day.

What a difference a day makes. Only 10 degrees & cloudy - still it's better for working in.  Bryan is working on the dry stone wall at the entrance today & I have had a productive day placing large stones along the driveway for borders.  We are desperately trying to finish all the jobs on our to do list before we get the paperwork through to enable us to start on house number 2.
